(Syringa Networks) Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for approximately 21,000 sq. ft. of office space in an existing 49,624 building. This C of O inspection will be limited to the areas that are currently occupied specifically the two story sections at opposite ends of the building. The current project in process at the new entry area will be allowed a certificate of compliance with a single occupancy cetificate to be issuued for the entire space occupied by Syringa Networks to be issued upon completion and approval of the final tenant improvement to be submitted in May 2014. The approval for full occupancy is contingent upon plan approval and inspection sign off at the completiion of the T.I to be submitted in May 2014. No new work is allowed under this permit.
