(NOODLES & COMPANY – ROOF OVERBUILD) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct a flat roof and vertical walls over the top of the existing steep sloped roof located at the North end of an existing 3,958 square foot building. Interior demolition work and some limited exterior demolition work were done under permit BLD12-03312. The tenant improvement work is covered by permit BLD12-03233. Structural upgrade work was done under permit BLD13-01102. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Some connections are deferred submittal items as noted on Sheet SD-1 and SD-2 as Detail X. The continuity of the 2-hr fire wall at the canopy is also a deferred submittal item. This permit does NOT establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. **CJW**
