(SONNA BUILDING – Awning Replacements) This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and non-separated uses. To replace approximately 55 lineal feet of 5 ft. awnings. Awnings are compliance with section 3105 of the 2009 IBC. Work is to include: installation of new frames, anchorage of frame to structure, and new fabric stretched over frame complying with NFPA 701. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Special Inspections required if epoxy bolting is used.
