This project is for the repair of fire damage to an existing 1200s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. The repair will include the removal oa large portion of the interior wall coverings; 2-windows and the re-insulation of exterior walls as needed with like (R-13) insulation. the project will also include the replacement of 5 - 10 trusses and re-insulation of the area with Min R-38. The project will also include the replacement of the existing furnace and ductwork. Separate electrical, and mechanical permits are required. R-1C okper Colleen Carroll.
