(LS IDAHO) Permit for Office expansion in an existing warehouse. Scope of work to expand existing office by 1066 square feet. Noncobustible nobearing walls per approved plans will be constructed to create 2 additioal offices one storage room and an open office space. Interior finish work will also be completed on the existing portion of the office space and all interior finish shall meet the requirments of chapter 8, IBC. There will be no storage above the office celing. Mechanical, electrical will be installed to accomodate new office space and lighting change out of warehouse. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Any racking installed ove 8 feet will require a separate racking permit will be required to be submitted. **AJS**
