Mattress Firm - To convert a former bank to a retail mattress store by demolishing and removing the drive-thru roof structure and a portion of the north exterior wall, demolish and remove all exterior walls and doors, all interior partitions, except at the entry vestibule, restrooms, mechanical room and storage room. To construct a 1,200 square foot, one story addition on the north side of the existing building and to remodel the remaining 3,820 square foot building area for the retail mattress store show room and sales areas. This work will also include the replacement of the existing mechanical equipment with new equipment. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
