(UNITED WAY) (SUITE #100) Permit for interior tenant improvements to an existing 4,957 sq. ft. tenant space on the first floor with work to include the removal of interior nonbearing partition walls and and the construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls to create open office areas and individual office areas. The suspended ceiling system and lighting system will be partially remodeled with new ceiling tiles being installed. The entrance lobby will have the existing doors and glazing removed with new walls, doors and glazing being installed. All work per the approved plans and the attached plan review report. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one hour substitution and is equipped with a fire alarm system: any alterations to the system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA #13 and #72 as regulated by the fire department.
