This project is for the extensive repair of fire damage to an existing single family dwelling. the repair will include the complete razing(See BLD13-02295) of the 665s.f. garage portion and reconstruction of same, removal of select interior wall and ceiling coverings, and truss / roof structure replacement as necessary. There is proposed to be code upgrades as necessary for electrical, plumbing and mechanical. All supply ducting is proposed to be re-used with possible furnace and A/C replacements.
