To remodel a 5,793 square foot office / storage tenant space in the NW corner of a 51,360 square foot building. This remodel will be to add equipment and services to convert the warehouse into an actual F-1 distillery. Work is to include: add one three compartment sink, add floor drain, installation of new equipment, installation of new exhaust, new electrical, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
