This project is for the interior remodel of the kitchen general area by coffering the ceiling. As this area has been designed by an engineer the new ceiling / roof framing must be inspected and approved by the engineer of record prior to insulation and interior cover. And select interior partition work. The project will also include the extension of the exterior covered deck. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
