To construct a new 2149s.f. 2-story accessor building with R-1C approved setbacks per CZC13-00184 by Leon Letson. Separate electrical and plumbing permits are required for an electrical and plumbing stub ins thrpugh the main levelo concrete slab. The structure is proposed to have a 1200s.f. garage on the main level and 877s.f. of upper level storage and 72s.f. of code complying interior stair to access the upper level. A mechanical permit is required to install the wood stove and venting in the garage area. Any plumbing other than the stub through the slab will required separate permits. Although there is insulation shown on the plans, it is not required per the codes at this time. All per the approved plans as marked and theplan review notes. pep
