This project is for the remodel of an existing 2270s.f. sinfgle family dwelling. the project will include the remodel of the basement, creating 2-bedrooms, laundry room bathroom and family room. The open areas are created by new support beams and footings. The footings will also include support for 2-new beams in the in the upper level to open up for better flow. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechaical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
