(CAPITAL HIGH SCHOOL – Band Wing – RTU Replacement) Permit is to remodel the existing band wing by adding new RTU units. This building is partially fire sprinklered and there is an informal upgrade agreement outline attached to BLD11-00450 to show the intent to have the building fully sprinklered in phases over the next 5 years. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of new curbs for new RTU’s placed on existing roof, new flashing at curb edges, installation of new equipment, new ducting to connect to existing, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is partially fire sprinklered with an approved fire alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
