This project is to include the removal of damaged floor joists, sills and select foundation wwork to repair water degraded materials. The area will be reconfigured to include a 3/4 bathroom and a laundry room. Insulation in the floor of the remodeled area will ge R-19 insulation and r-15 in the exterior walls that are fully opened up. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
