This remodel project is to include select interior wall removals to allow for the kitchen and dining room to be opened between and the new access from the main hallway to the kitchen area. The kitchen reconfiguration will include the cutting in of a new door and window to the rear exterior adjacent wall. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
