This extensive remodel project is to include select interior non bearing partition work to convert the master suite into a living room area also to create 2-new bedrooms in place of the existing great room. and localize the laundry area and create a better bathroom area. On the upper level there will be a new master suite created including relocation of the bathroom area and the creation of a new pantry off of the kitchen area.
