This interior remodel project is to include select interior partition work to open up the kitchen area to laundry / utiliy area. the project will include the relocation of the water heater to the garage area with the cutting in a new window and minor electrical work. Separate electrical, plumbing permits are required. all per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
