This project is for the remodel of an existing single family dwelling that includes select interior partition inctallation to create 2-new bedrooms in an existing un-finished basement area. the remodel will include the relocation of the furnace from this area to the crawlspace beyond it and the installation of a new electric water heater. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
