(CASEY FAMILY PROGRAMS – Restroom / Corridor Remodel) To remodel a 7,439 square foot building. Remodel consists of remodel of a core set of restrooms to be fully accessible, addition of new accessible showers, downgrade corridor to non-rated, and install new accessible doors / hardware. Work is to include: replace existing rated doors with new non-rated doors, installation of new accessible hardware throughout, installation of new plumbing, installation of new kitchen counter tops, installation of new suspended ceiling system, and new interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
