The building will have 1200s.f. on the main level (garage / shop) with a 65s.f. utility room with a vanity sink, water closet and utility sink along with plumbing roughin for a washer dryer. and there is to be 410s.f. on the upper level that is accessed by a fully complying stairway. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
