This permit classifies the entire 19,481 sq ft warehouse a S1 occupancy. The 3,161 sq ft office space occupancy will remain unchanged with minor renovations as per approved plans. The demolition is of nonbearing partition walls. The office area will have nonbearing noncombustible wall installed to create 2 separate offices from one existing office. An existing door to the exterior that is not an exit will have the door hardware removed on both sides. The door will be blocked off from the inside. As it is a glass door in an existing storefront it will be part of the glazing once the door hardware is removed. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
