This remodel project is to include the installation of a new door with sidelight in the garage to exterior, add stair to main level dwelling from the garage and door per R302.5. The project will include the installation of exterior beams to add windows to the study area and to a new laundry are created from a bedroom along with a complete reconfiguration ogf the master bath area including pop-out window area. The master suite will also egress out to a new 160s.f. above grade deck. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
