***SEE BLD14-00008***This project is for the select interior demolition, the supporting of the dwelling to install a new 8-inch EPS foundation using stay in place forms. See Table R404.1.2 (6) SC, ML-CL AND INORGANIC CL. The project will include a new furnace and duct system, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. The project will also include the razing of a 100s.f. section of the rear and reconstruction 186s.f to create a new kitchen area. There will also be a 126s.f. addition to the existing detached garage. The proposed project will create a basement with 2-bedrooms, one bathroom and mechanical closet; an open front porch area new kitchen, dining and living room on the main level; and the upper level will be a master suite (with full bath) and a bedroom along with a one-half bathroom. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC14-00002 permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked, ACCA report, foundation (EPS) requirements along with the plan review report. A bond of $9440.00 is required. The bond may be released after the approval of the structural framing. pep
