This project is for the remodel of an existing 2392s.f. 1-story single family dwelling that is to include select interior partition work in the basement to create 3-new bedrooms. All 4-bedrooms in the basement will have code complying egress windows. There is to be a remove and reroof withe all extsrior and intereio paint etc. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
