To repair a portion of an existing apartment building per the approved plans and eningeers evaluation report. Work to include: replacement of a 4' strip of roof sheathing at the north west eve line location; repair roof rafter tails; replacement of approximately 30' of sub fascia; installation of new fascia board at select areas; install 6" continuous style rain gutters attached to the existing down spout system; installation of a new torch down membrane roof covering assembly to replaced and/or repaired roof sheathing areas; and roof structure repairs over the 2nd story landing per the engineered report. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. NOTE: This building is required to be one-hour through out.
