Under this remodel the existing building area will also be brought into compliance by separating two other classroom pods with new fire walls. Work is to include: construction of new foundation and exterior shell, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create seven new classrooms, extending parapets on existing walls, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, new electrical, new mechanical and interior finishes. NOTE: This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
