This project is for the addition of upper level floor area by infilling a clear story section 0f 275s.f over the existing family room. There will be ledgers/beams for the new floor support. supported by existing support posts and exterior walll bolted to each stud with 2-3/8 X 5 inch lags to each stud or wall top/bottom plate at the horizontal band at the rim area. Separate electrical and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
