(CWI-Mallard Place TI)Tenant Improvement for College of Western Idaho on the first floor of the existing Mallard Building. Total building area is 44,100 s.f. the tenant space under this project is 9,734 sq feet on the first floor. The space was previously occupied by a college institute. This interior project consists of new space reallocation and minor cabinetry. The means of egress system for the adjoin space is being altered as a result of this TI. The revised exit signage and door hardware in the existing adjoining space shall be revised to meet exiting requirements as noted on approved code plan. The connecting non rated corridor is being in filled to create 2 tenant spaces on the 1st floor. Hi/Low drinking fountain is being installed. Interior finish shall meet the requirements of chapter 8 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
