Plans need to be resubmitted/evaluated due to the second exit not exiting to the exterior of the building. It actually exits into an adjoining tenant space that is not shown on the plans. The exit sing over the main exit needs to be repaired and the emergency light located next to it repaired or removed since it is not required per the plans. The fire extinguisher needs to be provided with an annual inspection tag and mounted as discussed. The modification of the secondary exit may require additional exit signs/emergency lights/panic hardware. This could effect the patio gate requirements.
