Permit is for the remodel of the basement area to include the addition of a new 6’ x 8’ restroom, new partition wall to create two new bedrooms with closets, new 2x4 at the exterior walls with R13 insulation, and new partition walls to enclose the water heater and furnace, an electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permit is required, all work to be constructed per approved plans and local codes.
