Tiis project is for the remodel of an existing 1869s.f. single family dwelling with an 801s.f. unfinishaed basement. the project will include interior partition work to create 2-bedrooms and bathroom along with a family/playroom and laundry room. New egress windows will be installed in the two new bedrooms under the existing wondow headers above to not have roof/wall bearing /header requirements. The existing windows are to be replaced (policy). There will be 36s.f. of area added to aoolw for the relocation of the furnace and water heater. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
