This project is for the repair of fire damage to the main level and water / weather damage to the basement in an existing 2436s.f. single family dwelling. The project will also include interior partition work to replace one small bedroom with closet and bathroom space to create a new master suite. The project will include window replacement and select siding repair / replacement. The new trussed roof structure and exterior walls will be insulated to the best possible. R-15 in 2 X 4 construction and R-10 / 13 in the basemen exterior walls. There will be 2-new egress windows installed for the basement bedrooms also. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
