(Columbia Village Clubhouse & Recreation Center) To remodel a portion of an existing 5,852 square foot homeowner's association clubhouse and recreation center building per approved plans. Work to include: demolition work per plans including removing an interior load bearing wall and replace with a new structural steel beam and support columns; infill a wall opening in office 101; install new flooring; construct new walls, cabinets, appliances, and door at the kitchen area; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
