C/N items include; relocation of the manual pull station for cooking hood #3- (ansul 7 at the FACP), need full trip test of the new dry system, post "door to remain..." signage at the main entry/exit, provide signage at the riser room door, replace missing ceiling tile at the sprinkler heads above the play area. One EM light and the fire sprinkler waterflow bell repaired while on site. Max occupant sign posted. Project related fire sprinkler and hood suppression system permit finals pending.

Inspection turned into a conference for life safety items. There are no approved plans or small documents on site so no full inspection was performed. I noted that one manual pull station for a kitchen hood suppression system does not meet distance code so fire dept approval will be needed, one exit discharge light was non-functional. But door hardware appears adequate as well as fire extinguishers.
