Permit is to remodel the following areas: Accounting and Legal areas totaling 1,865 square feet on the first floor, Drug Court / Law Clerks and Public Defenders areas totaling 5,941 square feet on the second floor, and Sheriffs area totaling 951 square feet on the 3rd floor. Work includes: demolition of interior non-bearing walls, installation of a new interior non-bearing walls to create individual offices, relocate lighting, relocate mechanical, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
