Work is to include: installation of new interior non-bearing walls, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes. The mechanical / plumbing for this nail salon and spa was installed in 2008 in association with BLD08-01426. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
