(OLD BOISE STREETSCAPES) This portion of the 2014 streetscape is for the construction of a new retaining wall at the building face and infill of two existing vaults. The retaining walls are of poured-in-place reinforced concrete. All work per the approved plans, Engineering, and applicable adopted codes. SPECIAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIERD. See Statement of Special Inspections Application #310 attached to the plans. DRH14-00020 per Planning and Zoning. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. This buildng is fire sprinklered.
