ADDED VALUE TO THE PROJECT IS $20,000.00. 7-1-2014 pep**** This project is for the interior remodel of an existing 2800s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. The remodel will consist of select interior bearing and nonbearing partition work to open up the kitchen dining areas and reconfigure the master suite area. The basement ceiling areas will be opened up to allow for new plumbing, mechanical and electrical work with son interior partition work to more open up the basement areas. The plans show a new deck area off of the master suite and the addition to and modification to the existing rear deck areas but will not be included into the scope of the project until design decisions are made to include Wildland Interface Requirements. The project will include a fully engineered modification of the roof trusses in order to change the ceiling configuration on the main level.
