Wings Center Pool Addition (Shell Only) - To construct a 3,380 square foot, one story, building addition to enclose a new indoor swimming pool. The addition will be located on the east end of an existing approximate 31,200 square foot, one story with mezzanine building. The addition will be constructed of a steel structural frame with metal stud walls and steel bar joist and metal roof deck. The existing building and new addition will be fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. This permit also includes related site improvements. This is a cold shell permit only and no occupany is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement and pool permits will be required to finish this building addition for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
