This tenant space was previously occupied by “Budget Blinds” under BLD04-02965. This remodel will now have “Sensus” as a whole building tenant. Work is to include: installation of new raised floors system (less than 6 inches), new electrical, new interior walls to create a “man trap” area and a janitor area, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
