To install 12 foot tall steel storage racks (storage 16 foot tall maximum) and 16 foot tall steel storage racks (storage 20 foot tall maximum) within the 14,446 square foot warehouse area of an existing 21,000 square foot tenant space. Shorter racks (7 feet tall and 8 feet tall) will be installed within an adjacent 1,595 square foot storage room. Tenant improvement work was done under permit BLD13-02228. The means of egress system is required to comply with the Building Code. The racks will be attached to the existing concrete floor using Power-Stud+ SD2 anchors. The racks and their installation are required to comply with RMI/ANSI MH 16.1-2008. One (1) anchor per foot plate is required. Periodic Special Inspection is required during anchor installation. The provisions of ICC Evaluation Report ESR-2502 are required to be followed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
