Provide a 3rd stud at the simpson hdu8 hold downs on west wall as per detail 8 on SD1.0, also nail all double and triple studs 16D nails at 8"o.c. staggered at all hold down locations. Install full height LSL blocking with A35's at front and back popouts. Provide All backing for ADA components in restrooms. ok to insulate 1st. floor only, this framing inspection is for the first floor only. Also need a fire inspection after insulation, prior to energy code. Will Also need the city approved TI plans prior to sheet rock, due to occupancy change on 2nd. floor (A-2), changing to a seperated use. Additional fire rated construction for 1st floor will need to be verified. Correction notice posted. ok to insulate 1st. floor only.
