This interior remodel project is to include the modification of a bathroom wall (relocating door), adding a mop sink in the laundry area and the installation of a new egress window in the basement area. On the main level a beam will be installed to open up the area between the living room and kitchen area. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
