This remodel project is the R-1CH zone approved through DRH14-00076 by Colleen Carroll for Matt Halitsky is propose to include the restructure of the flat roof area, adding an exterior door in the kitchen area, removing the front bedroom exterior door and replacing same with a code complying egress window including a new window in the bathroom area. The kitchen window may also be relocated to fit better with the kitchen arrangment. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
