To remodel an existing 2,102 square foot are of an existing 4,440 square foot “care suite” on the South side of the 1st floor. Work is to include: constructing new interior walls, interior mill work / cabinetry, penetration fire-stopping, new suspended ceiling system, new flooring, minor electrical, minor mechanical, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and installing new finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
