This project is ofr the placement of infill walls to enclose a 220s.f. covered portion of the of an existing rear concrete pool surround. This will create an all season type sunroom. Due to the difficulty of creating frost protection in this finished area a one inch (1") separation will be created between the new walls and support structure. This will be done by using a galvanized slip track at the colums and roof structure connections. All per the approved plans. pep
