This remodel and addition project is to include extensive demolition (see comments) and interior reconfiguration of an existing 930s.f. 1-story single family dwelling. the project will include the removal of the existing roof structure and complete reconfiguration of interior of the dwelling. There is to be a 10'-0" extension to the entire front of the dwelling and new exterior walls to encompass the the area of an existing rear patio area. There is to be 480s.f. added for an upper level by using bonus room trusses, 400s.f. at the front of the dwelling and 264s.f. added by using the old patio area. Stair to the new upper level will be accessed by sode complying stairs of which the location is yet to be determined. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required.
