Micron Building 80 (C19872) - Install an AMAT Raider/Cleaner - To and remove some existing equipment in the sub fab and install new tool support at the sub fab and install new 12' x 5' Raider/Clear tool above supports at the first floor. This work includes demoing and removing approximately 27 lin. ft. of clean room wall and relocating approximately 14 lin. ft. of clean room wall. This work is being done in the Coat/Dev Chase 106L area of the first floor of Building 80 between grid lines 6 & & and F & G. This permit alos includes related mechanical and electrical work. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
