(Mechanics Maintenance Building)-Permit to construct a nonbearing partition wall to separate one large office space into two offices. Ceiling grid will be repaired as needed for installation of new wall. A new opening in an interior nonbearing wall will be added for new door with lever hardware. An existing exterior door will be in filled around a new window installed in the existing structural opening. The exterior walls are of noncombustible construction. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
