This project is for the remodel of the interior in a 1460s.f. existing single family dwelling. the project will include select interior partition work to enclose a stairway, reconfigure the kitchen area, adding a new rear exterior door and combine the bathroom and laundry room on the main level. there will be partition work to create A bedroom egress window along with a wet bar area. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. all per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
